<p style="text-align: center;">Last time around we studied the power that flowed from our hands. We experienced how our hands can be used to direct the flow of energy within us to put us into meditation and take us deeper. Armed with this new awareness we will start exploring our first two energy centers during this week&#8217;s home meditations. You will also get detailed guidance on the art of raising your inner energy and putting yourself in the protective shield.</p>

<p>This week&#8217;s we will focus on soothing our subtle system&#8217;s right side. Remember we have 3 channels? The channel that connects the right aspect of all our chakras is the right side, also called the &#8220;Sun Channel&#8221; within us. It get&#8217;s stressed when we are overworked and rest-deprived.
