Crazy Wisdom Meditation on Jan 24th, 2008

Monday, January 28th, 2008 by admin

This meetup was well attended and we had a cozy group of less than 10 at Crazy Wisdom. The folks were warm, a local meditator, a father-daughter from Toledo area, our fairly regular undergrad students from UofM and Sahaja yoginis. It was a slightly different style of realization as there was a person working on the first-timers while they achieved self-realization through affirmations.

The new and different thing about the meeting was the handing out of folders with a check sheet to meditate daily twice, instructions for balancing and foot soaking and the chakra-raaga audio CD. Also, one of the checklist columns urged the seekers to raise another person’s Kundalini, maybe one per day. This is the only distinctly verifiable power achieved through self-realization on day one – so it is wise to explore and nurture this ability.
