1. This Week’s Subtle Focus: Achieving Balance

This week’s we will focus on soothing our subtle system’s right side. Remember we have 3 channels? The channel that connects the right aspect of all our chakras is the right side, also called the “Sun Channel” within us. It get’s stressed when we are overworked and rest-deprived. It’s imbalance is manifested with warm or no vibrations on the right hand. Cooling the right side by eating nutritious food in moderation will ease off the load on our hard-working liver. Get enough sleep and keep yourself hydrated. Sounds like common sense, eh? Of course it is! Share your tips on how you would balance your right side in the comments section of this page below.

Learning Goals:
Balancing & nourishing the left and right channels, directing the attention: focusing and moving the attention, getting into and staying in meditation. Sustaining thoughtlessness at the top-most chakra. Journaling your journey inside for a sharper attention.
